Improv A-Hole (Breast Cancer Awareness Month Fundraiser)
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and to honor those fighting their fight, Village Theatre is hosting an all-women’s Improv A$$h*le with 50% of ticket sales going towards cold cap therapy for Jenn Rice, a local comedy fan currently undergoing breast cancer treatment.
According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, the majority of patients consider hair loss to the most dreaded aspect of chemotherapy. Cold cap therapy helps cut down on hair loss, but it’s not covered by insurance and can cost more than $2,000.
Help us help Jenn pay for this important therapy and bring awareness to this important cause!
