Acting for Improvisers
Take your improv skills to a new level with a class that will help you access emotional integrity, honest reactions, and more believable characters – the tools an improviser needs for an audience to fully invest in your story. Whether you are an improviser looking to hone your acting skills or an actor looking for greater spontaneity in your work, this class is for you. Class sessions will include simple scene work, dramatic improv, and relaxation techniques. All experience levels are welcome!

Willa Darian

Willa Darian is an actor, coach, and teacher of actors of all experience levels – children, teens and adults. Willa started as a stage actor working in New York City, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Los Angeles. She has studied with Holly Gagnier at Playhouse West (L.A.), and with Margie Habier, Adam Stoner, and Peter and Marla Stelzer. Before joining the Company at Village Theatre, Willa trained at Upright Citizen’s Brigade in New York City and Los Angeles. She currently resides in Atlanta, pursuing stage and film work and helping actors to find their voice, passion and joy for acting.
